1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MMM TECHNOLOGY BD website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

MMM TECHNOLOGY BD provides digital services including but not limited to: mobile recharge, internet packages, SMS packs, drive packs, family packs, bundle offers and other digital products.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for providing correct mobile numbers, user details, and device information. MMM TECHNOLOGY BD will not be responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

4. Payments

All payments are processed electronically. Once a successful recharge or service delivery is completed, the payment is considered final.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be applicable only if a recharge, drive pack, family pack, or bundle pack fails due to a system or technical error from our side.

No refund will be provided for:

• Incorrect mobile number entered by the user
• User device issues or network problems
• Successful recharge already delivered to the operator

6. Data & Privacy

We collect user information such as username, mobile number, device information and transaction details strictly for service delivery and security purposes. All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

MMM TECHNOLOGY BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Fraud & Misuse

Any attempt of fraud, misuse, or illegal activity may result in account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

MMM TECHNOLOGY BD reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.

১. শর্ত গ্রহণ

২. সেবা

আমরা মোবাইল রিচার্জ, ইন্টারনেট প্যাকেজ, এসএমএস, ড্রাইভ প্যাক, ফ্যামিলি প্যাক, বান্ডেল প্যাকসহ বিভিন্ন ডিজিটাল সেবা প্রদান করি।

৩. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

সঠিক মোবাইল নম্বর, ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্য এবং ডিভাইস তথ্য প্রদান করা সম্পূর্ণভাবে ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব।

৪. পেমেন্ট

সফলভাবে রিচার্জ বা সেবা সম্পন্ন হলে অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

৫. রিফান্ড নীতি

যদি কোনো রিচার্জ, ড্রাইভ প্যাক, ফ্যামিলি প্যাক বা বান্ডেল প্যাক আমাদের সিস্টেমগত ত্রুটির কারণে ব্যর্থ হয়, তাহলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৬. তথ্য ও গোপনীয়তা

ব্যবহারকারীর নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর ও ডিভাইস সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সেবা প্রদানের জন্য সংগ্রহ করা হয়।

৭. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য MMM TECHNOLOGY BD দায়ী থাকবে না।

৮. শর্ত পরিবর্তন

MMM TECHNOLOGY BD যেকোনো সময় শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
