MMM TECHNOLOGY BD

1. General Policy

MMM TECHNOLOGY BD provides digital services including mobile recharge, internet packages, drive packs, family packs, bundle packs, SMS and other operator-based digital services. Due to the nature of digital services, once a service is successfully processed, it is considered completed.

As per standard digital service policy, completed and successful services are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will be applicable ONLY in the following situations:

• Recharge, Drive Pack, Family Pack or Bundle Pack failed
• Amount deducted but service not delivered
• Technical or system error from MMM TECHNOLOGY BD platform

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Service successfully delivered to the provided number
• Wrong mobile number entered by the user
• Wrong operator or wrong package selected by the user
• User device issues or network problems
• Delay caused by operator but service eventually completed
• User changes mind after successful service

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method used by the user.

5. Service Delay Disclaimer

In some cases, operator or network-related delays may occur. Such delays do NOT qualify for a refund if the service is eventually completed successfully.

6. Final Decision Authority

MMM TECHNOLOGY BD reserves the full and final authority to approve or reject any refund request based on transaction logs, operator confirmation, and system verification.

MMM TECHNOLOGY BD মোবাইল রিচার্জ, ইন্টারনেট প্যাকেজ, ড্রাইভ প্যাক, ফ্যামিলি প্যাক, বান্ডেল প্যাকসহ বিভিন্ন ডিজিটাল সেবা প্রদান করে।

ডিজিটাল সেবার ক্ষেত্রে, কোনো সেবা সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হলে তা ফেরতযোগ্য বা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।

রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে যেসব ক্ষেত্রে

• রিচার্জ বা প্যাক সম্পূর্ণভাবে ব্যর্থ হলে
• টাকা কেটে নেওয়া হলেও সেবা প্রদান না হলে
• আমাদের সিস্টেমজনিত সমস্যার কারণে সেবা ব্যর্থ হলে

রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না যেসব ক্ষেত্রে

• সেবা সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হলে
• ভুল নাম্বার বা ভুল প্যাক নির্বাচন করলে
• ব্যবহারকারীর ডিভাইস বা নেটওয়ার্ক সমস্যার কারণে
• অপারেটর দেরিতে দিলেও শেষে সেবা সম্পন্ন হলে

রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত সকল সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার চূড়ান্ত অধিকার MMM TECHNOLOGY BD কর্তৃপক্ষ সংরক্ষণ করে।
